Semi-hermetic electric compressors with an integrated inverter for low- and high-voltage vehicle thermal-management systems. The supplied model, connector and harness tables are retained below. The Sanden Gen2 Evo electric AC compressor is used in hybrid and full-electric vehicles, battery thermal management systems, and parking coolers where cabin cooling must operate independently of engine speed or a belt drive. Its integrated brushless DC motor and inverter allow the compressor to run at any vehicle state including standstill making it well suited to stop-start drivetrains, electric buses, and refrigerated transport applications. The shared physical envelope across 24 V, 48 V, and high-voltage (165-432 V) variants lets vehicle manufacturers carry one mechanical design across multiple platform voltages.
