Adigo Drives designs and builds pedals in-house, engineered to each customer's own mechanical, electrical and ergonomic requirements rather than supplied as a fixed catalogue product. Adigo works from the customer's pedal box, cab layout and control architecture to produce a pedal purpose-built for that specific vehicle, with particular focus on non-contact pedals with CAN or PWM feedback. Features Signal feedback - CAN J1939 or PWM output, configured to interface with the customer's existing vehicle control unit. Sensor technology - non-contact Hall-effect sensing as standard, giving long service life without mechanical wear or resistance drift. Redundancy - single or dual (redundant) signal channels, selected according to the safety requirements of the application. Pedal type - accelerator, brake or clutch function, floor-mounted or suspended, built to the customer's own geometry. Sealing and connectors - housing and connector choice matched to the vehicle's operating environment (dust, moisture, vibration). Housing and mounting - custom-designed to fit the customer's pedal box or cab floor, rather than a fixed bracket footprint.
