Configurable operator control units combine joysticks, buttons and CAN-based communication in customer-specific layouts. Gebrüder Frei's ACTRA range provides fully configurable armrest control panels combining integrated joysticks, thumb-operated mini-joysticks and programmable buttons for operator stations in mobile machinery. Panels can be specified with customer-defined colours, symbols and button layouts, and communicate over CANopen for direct integration with the vehicle's control system.
