Two Battery Partners, Built to Fit the Application
We work with two lithium battery partners: Vanguard, for standard battery packs suited to simpler battery-powered vehicles and accessories, and Micropower, whose modules we build into custom packs for applications like construction machinery, material handling, airport equipment and mining machines. Every system we deliver is built to meet IEC, UN and ISO safety standards, and integrates CAN communication between the battery, charger, motor controller and vehicle control unit, so charging, monitoring and diagnostics stay coordinated rather than isolated. Getting the most out of a lithium battery over its lifetime comes down to a few basics we build into every delivery: regular inspection, keeping the pack within its intended temperature range, sound charging habits, and proper storage when it's not in use.
