Kongsberg Morse Cable

Morse cables are a recognised industry-standard cable type widely used for engine throttle and stop controls on industrial vehicles, marine engines, off-highway machinery, and stationary power equipment where a robust, bidirectional push/pull connection is required. Kongsberg Automotive's 40 and 60 series cables meet or exceed the traditional Morse specification, with push/pull ratings of 667/756 N and 890/890 N respectively, and rod-and-sleeve swivel end fittings that accommodate lever arc deflection for direct connection to engine throttle linkages. The sealed polyethylene outer jacket and corrosion-resistant core require no maintenance and operate reliably from -40°C to +99°C, with a high-temperature conduit option available for +150°C environments.
