The i-Drive PM Controller is designed for battery-powered walk-behind floorcare machines - such as scrubber-dryers and sweepers - and small materials handling vehicles where smooth, quiet traction and brush motor control are essential. It operates on 24V or 36V systems with output current options from 45A to 200A, covering everything from compact single-motor drives to machines with higher torque demands, all within a compact sealed enclosure rated to IPx5. Three programmable auxiliary outputs, on-board diagnostics with an error log, and built-in belly-button and battery lockout features make it straightforward to integrate safety and ancillary functions without external relays or additional controllers.
