DMC SigmaLITE Controller (AC/IPM/PMSM)

SigmaLITE is a compact, high-efficiency motor controller from DMC aimed at battery-powered industrial vehicles and mobile machines - including forklifts, autonomous guided vehicles, electric utility vehicles, and hydraulic pump drives - where space is constrained and system integration demands are high. It supports AC, PMS, and IPM motor types with full auto-tuning and sensorless operation, and communicates natively over CANopen DS402 and J1939, making it straightforward to integrate into existing vehicle architectures without custom protocol development. The IP65-rated 144 × 106 × 55 mm enclosure with a 23-way AMP Seal connector covers 24-96 V systems and delivers up to 250 Arms continuous, with EN 13849 Safety Category II PLc/PLd certification for safety-critical traction and steering applications.
