The SuperSigma2 is DMC's flagship motor controller, built for high-demand electric traction and pump control applications in heavy-duty industrial vehicles - including large counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, electric sweepers, and off-highway machines - where performance and reliability under continuous load are critical. Four size variants span 250 to 800 Arms at 24/48V and 140 to 600 Arms at 60-96V, with an IP65 flat-pack enclosure and 35-way AMP Seal connector that fit into tight drivetrain compartments. Full auto-tuning for AC, PMS, and IPM motors, CAN Open and J1939 communication, and EN 13849 Safety Category II PLc/PLd certification make it a flexible platform for both standard and custom vehicle developments.
